Items damaged in shipping can be replaced or refunded, but we must be notified of the issue within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.  Please include photos of the box and glass with your email so that we may contact the shipper.

Standard flat rate shipping is included, international and rush rates will be determined on a case by case basis.  Feel free to email us with any questions you might have before ordering!
